Presentations

This is a link to youtube giving some rough tips and guidelines into pitching. Below is a couple of ideas that i have made notes from last year on to help us with the pitch.
  • Start with a Question (Gives your audience something to keep them interested and also gives them a rough preview into what topic we are talking about)
  • Show Statistics (Shows you know what your talking about and youve done your research)
  • When pitching an idea have energy and excitement (basic answer if your not interesed in what your talking about then your audience wont be)
  • Talk Past, Present and Future (An Example of this would be talk about how comedy television sitcoms have evolved over the years, and where they will end up in say 20 years time
